This week’s VIP and biggest newsmaker (everyone will be talking to him) is Mars, who turns retrograde later  this week. Mars retrograde calls us to pause and reflect on our actions, motivations, and inner frustrations. This period often brings delays, fatigue, and irritations, forcing us to confront impulsive behaviors. Rather than pushing forward, Mars Rx urges us to reassess and refine our approach, leading to more intentional actions afterward.

The month of December brings us Capricorn season, which begins on Winter Solstice (December 21) and continues until the Sun moves into Aquarius on January 19th.

Capricorn is an earth sign that is concerned with taking charge, being ambitious, striving for success, and focusing on things that matter. In other words, it’s not the time to be passive and let the world pass you by; it’s time to seize your moment and make things happen.  Since Capricorn is a cardinal sign, the past no longer matters. It is what you can do today that should be your focus.

I want to share something deeply personal with you, not because it’s easy, but because I believe in the power of the products I represent. Over the last two years, my life felt like a storm I could barely stand in.

One of my young adult children faced a health crisis. With his permission to share with you all in this forum he was diagnosed at 27 with Epilepsy. Watching them struggle with something I just couldn’t fix, witnessing his heart break  shook me to my core. On top of that, I was hit with financial stress that felt like a sinking hole. I would patch up and contain one issue believing that now I could breathe a little easier only to end up with another.. My car decided to fall apart at the worst possible time, breaking down repeatedly until I had no choice but to replace it. And, as if that wasn’t enough. In this same time frame our family experienced the death of someone very important to us. I will not disclose much on the details behind this part but I will say NO ONE let alone a young adult with so many years of life ahead of them should be taken from all of that promise in such a horrific  way as she was taken from this earth. The trauma of those details will haunt me forever.

This week’s VIP is Mercury Rx, so buckle up, buttercup. Mercury retrograde is when Mercury looks like it's moving backward, and it messes with communication, travel, and technology. Expect delays, misunderstandings, and people from the past popping up. It's a time to review and revisit, not start big projects. Stay flexible, double-check details, and keep a sense of humor.
