You ever look around at your life and say, “What the hell happened?” I know I have! Sometimes we are so busy with life that we don’t stop and take a moment to really see where we are or what we are doing. Even the way we think can bring on issues or roadblocks that we weren’t looking for or needing.

Whew! Half the year is gone! The first six months of the year has brought successes, challenges, and changes. Now it’s summer (in the Northern Hemisphere). The barbeque grill has been used for awhile now, at least it has in my house! So what do you want the rest of the year to bring you? Are you feeling stuck? “April showers bring May flowers” they say. It’s normally muddy, grey, rainy, and the temperature is not consistent. This April weather can be tricky, especially if you live in the Midwest like I do. In some areas the month of April is a betwixt and between month; it’s not really cold, but it’s not really warm either.

The holidays are over, out of town visitors have returned home, and you are sitting in your home--energetically spent! The holidays can be so much fun, but they are filled with expectations, playing nice when you really just want to tell Aunt Susan to “shut the hell up!”.

Most of the trees are naked of their leaves. The pumpkin spice is flowing, the neighborhood chain drug store has had their Christmas decorations up since Halloween, and depending on where you live, you may have snow on the ground.

August 15, 2018 we launched our Be the Change Peace Contest to open lines of communication about peace and to spread Peace around Social Media. The Coventry family thanks all who participated. Each candle purchased equaled one entry into the contest. On October 15, 2018 we pulled the winner.
